By on April 6, 2022 0

Techtextil, Texprocess and the Heimtextil Summer Special will take place in Frankfurt am Main from June 21 to 24.

After the coronavirus-related break, many innovations await the global trade audience, and the fairs, which take place in parallel, cover the textile value chains from textile fibers and processing to the finished product.

In parallel, the D2C Neonyt Lab (June 24-26 at Messe Frankfurt) and Frankfurt Fashion Week public events will take place in the city itself.

Given the security measures in force, events can take place without capacity and admission restrictions, and therefore without proof of vaccination. Hygiene measures such as online ticketing, fresh air supply, generous hall planning and intensive cleaning processes will continue to be implemented.

As a framework for Messe Frankfurt’s entire global range of textile fairs, the Texpertise network offers valuable insight into textile fair brands across 58 events worldwide and, as a platform for networking and of exchange, constantly focuses on the latest resources and climate-friendly developments. in industry.

“The last two years have shown that as the world’s leading textile trade fair, we have a great responsibility for the industry. In this role, we have successfully accompanied the textile industry through the crisis. Through our events worldwide, we have not only been able to maintain global market orientation and business relationships in uncertain times – but also our leading position,” says Detlef Braun, Messe Frankfurt, in a joint press conference.

Heimtextil will be held in June as a unique Summer Special, with 800 exhibitors already announced and participation from 47 countries.

Both high-volume international trade and retail trade will be the focus of the summer edition.

This summer, Heimtextil Trends ‘Next Horizons’ has a clear focus on sustainability and resource conservation – centrally located at the fairgrounds in hall 4.0. The layout of the space is based on its Materials Manifesto – only local resources, eco-friendly materials or loans will be used for stand design. Visitors can expect inspiring displays of colors, materials, exhibitor displays, lectures and DIY activities.

The Heimtextil Sleep & More Conference in Hall 3.0 offers bedding trade representatives, environmentally conscious retailers and hospitality industry decision makers a roster of speakers who will share the latest research findings on the sleep, tracking technology and sustainability in the hospitality industry.

Another highlight are the hour-long green tours, conducted with an independent consultant to selected exhibitors. In the Green Village of Hall 3.0. experts in sustainable textile certification will exhibit, while other exhibitors offering sustainable products will have booths marked with a leaf.

The trio show Techtextil, Texprocess and the Heimtextil Special summer will take place from June 21 to 24, 2022.
